Your studio
Pick one and listen. They differ in how much the sound moves, and in what sits behind it.
Headphones: each ear gets its own tone. Speaker: the tones are joined and gently pulsed, so the rhythm carries without headphones.
Tap a sound to begin. Tap Stop to end.
Acoustic Shield — a steady, soft hiss that sits over the noise around you and makes it easier to ignore. It runs alongside whatever else is playing.
Voice — the tone gains a quiet, vowel-like colour that slowly moves from one vowel to the next, on top of whatever is playing.
The Lab
Start by choosing a tone for each ear. Once your ears are set, the advanced controls open underneath and shape any sound while it plays.
Set a frequency for each ear, any tone from 80 to 1000. Keep the two within 20 Hz of each other; the same number in both ears gives one plain tone. Two different tones need headphones: they have to reach separate ears.
A small difference (2 to 4) feels slow and deep; a larger one (10 to 20) feels quicker. Keep the volume low, and stop if it feels uncomfortable.
Shape the sound while it plays. Everything here stays inside the app’s own limits, and the preset is one tap away.
